  • I think most would agree with you. There's no way marciano is greater than Joe Louis too....

  • Let's not kid ourselves barios is great. But any champ should be beating a 46 year old whose been out of ring g for 4 years with no tune up.
Pac is greater after the bario s fight and today, than he was the moment after he beat thurman 41.

  • Best sugar and Larry merchant certainly didn't have floyd above pac. I've just casually checked some polls online and in

  • I'm sure there is a historian out there somewhere who has floyd above pac, and probably has floyd posters on their bedroom wall,
Its a bogus claim by the big dunn...

  • Your not wrong, just like pac fought better competition than floyd. Calzaghes unbeaten record isn't enough to compensate, just like Floyd's isn't enough to compensate for lack of comp and risks compared to pacs...

  • Usyk is greater than floyd, let alone pac, who is oldest WW champ ever.
Joe Louis is greater than everyone he lost to, even greater than the unbeaten great marciano. RJJ is greater than everyone he lost to.

Moral of story, Floyd's not in pacs class...

  • Yes, I agree that pac is greater than everyone who beat him. Just like Ali is greater than everyone who beat him. I'm sure joe Louis is greater than marciano too, who best him. I suspect hopkins is greater than calzaghe too, which upsets me a bit, I like calzaghe...

  • Yes, I agree with you Pac s resume is much better than.Floyd's or jmms so is greater. Plus all common opponents with pac and floyd have agreed....

  • Yes, pac is greater than floyd, RJJ and calzaghe I agree with you. Pac is greater than jmm, bradley or anyone who best him too.
Beating pac when you have all the physical advantages means not much I agree with you. Pac would get all the credit, as he's 8 divisions above normal weight class, whilst...

  • Pac was much smaller than floyd, plus much older in boxing years, 70 fights compared to 46 fights for floyd. RJJ was only 39 years old which for heavyweights is nothing. Calzaghe best a heavyweight essentially which is better than floyd beating flyweight who moved up 8 divisions.

    Yes, pac...

  • Calzaghe beat former heavychamp rjj, rather than former flyweight like floyd did. So of course calzaghe is better than floyd. Jmm koed pac, so jmm must be better than floyd too....

  • Well usyk won't have as many fights as Ali at heavyweight. But Ali best wins will need to be lined up with usyks.
So foreman, frasier, liston, Cleveland williams, bugner, against fury, josh, ddd, chisora, parker, ajit....

  • Floyd wasn't better against common opponents, so don't try go off topic.
Pac s considered greater as he's achieved far more. Floyd's cramping Pac s style. Pac is rightly amongst the SRR, Alis, and Durans of this world, so mentioning floyds name alongside Pac s name isn't a good look for pac. Its...

  • It's funny why anyone would claim Floyd's above pac. Was this the day after floyd best pac, so maybe we're swayed prematurely?
But funny how all common opponents say pac was the best they faced?...

  • Yeh, I think when floyd had some big names in his resume, and beat big names who were way past prime like ssm, floyd didn't feel up to giving youn g lions chance to best him, like he was given. With past prime names in the bag, he took foot off the accelerator, and had the breaks on for rest of his...

  • Nobody knows what on earth you are on about. Whatever your on about I'm sure it took floyd 10 years to best hatton, cotto, dlh and SSM. And by the time floyd fought and best them, there were new kids on the block, from thurman, spence, bud and brook and bradley. Please forgive me if I've missed anyone,...
